We are currently experiencing technical issues with the form for submitting a cancellation. An error message appears after clicking the “Confirm Cancellation” button. If you wish to cancel your contract, please return the merchandise to us as an insured package. You may also send us an email in advance with the cancellation form provided above. Sending an email is not mandatory. Simply returning the goods without a formal return form is sufficient.
