Return & Cancellation

Our products are manufactured with the greatest care. Should it happen that you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option of sending them back.

14 days right of return

The goods can be returned to us within 14 days. Please return the products to us in new condition.

How do I return the goods?

Please use our Cancellation form and send us the goods back as an insured package. If it is a guarantee, please send us an email to shop@fahrer-berlin.de,so that we can send you a return slip.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount. Depending on the payment method you will receive:

• a refund to your bank account if you paid in advance. Please let us know your bank details
• credit card payment to your credit card account
• when it was paid by PayPal, a credit to your PayPal account

The refund will be made within a few days after receipt of the return.
