E-bike battery protection

We have been developing and producing neoprene protectors for e-bike batteries since 2012 and are therefore considered to be the pioneers in the field of e-bike accessories. In the meantime we have added other products to our range, such as motor protection.

If the bike is parked outdoors with the battery plugged in, the self-heating is generally insufficient to bring the battery to its optimum operating temperature. The greatest effect is achieved when the battery is stored at room temperature, charged and only plugged into the bike with the cover shortly before setting off. In this way, the internal temperature and self-heating can be optimally used with the aim of increasing the range compared to a cold and unprotected battery.
