Return & Revocation


 

Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.

How can I send it back?

If you send from Germany please use our returns formular . If your FAHRER products is defect, please send an E-Mail to shop@fahrer-berlin.de. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I live outside the Germany?
For orders returned from outside the Germany, you must cover the return postage costs yourself. Please send us an E-Mail to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right. Please ensure that you ask for proof of posting at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.

 

How get I my money back?

The refund will be settled just after we received the goods.
